PAROXYSM – An outburst of emotion is a movie by Sures Kumar and Jathin Raj. It is a satirical imitation of the modern day bollywood movies. The story of this movie revolves around a college student RAHUL (Vivek) – Who encounters many challenging situations, but finally manages to overpower his “mind-boggling” problems.
On one hand is the attractive and cunning PRIYA (Vandita Shively) who is initially the hero’s “sweetheart” and on the other hand we have the sweet and garrulous POOJA (Ujala Sankar) who’s very thought irritates the hero. The notorious activities of the villain MADDY (Amish) against the hero are enough to give Amrish Puri or Prem Chopra a complex. And yes, how could we forget our DON (Manu K Sunny), Rahul’s “macho” buddy who conceals his strength behind his meek and frail physique.
The sudden twist in the tale, when the hero discovers the evil intentions of his so-called “girlfriend” is also captivating.
As expected, victory of goodness prevails and the sweet girl next door wins the hero’s love. And as far as the villains are concerned, like any other movie they “perish” with jealousy and envy.
And to top it all, the directors provide an unforeseen climax with a blend of Night Shyamalan’s movies.
